Professional Experience

Farah Almazloum is a User Experience (UX) Consultant with strong expertise in digital design, user interface optimization, and customer journey analysis. Farah currently serves as a UX Consultant at Kaizen Consulting and has previously worked as a UX/UI Expert with Wasla Studio at the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, 3D Systems Company, and Monzomah Al-Eilaj Medical Company. Through these roles, Farah has demonstrated exceptional ability in crafting intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance digital interaction, usability, and overall customer satisfaction.

Practical Experience

Farah is currently contributing to the implementation of the Digital Platforms and Services Maturity Framework at the Digital Government Authority, focusing on improving the user experience of government digital services. Farah is highly skilled in UI/UX design, user research, and business requirements analysis, with hands-on experience in customer journey mapping, pain point identification, and interface redesign for enhanced efficiency and engagement. Her work also includes conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and leveraging insights from user studies to guide design improvements and ensure alignment with digital transformation goals.

Farah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Prince Sultan University in Saudi Arabia. Farah is also a certified Customer Journey Mapping Professional accredited by Forrester.
