He has served as an Administrative Support Consultant at Kaizen Consulting, an Assistant Consultant at Harrison Assessments, and an Administrative Assistant at KMIT Concrete Poles Factory. Through these roles, he has developed a strong foundation in consultancy support, project coordination, and administrative management, consistently contributing to the success and efficiency of organizational operations.

Turki has actively participated in the execution of several high-impact national projects, including the Leadership Development Project for the Capital Market Authority and the Translational Mentoring Project for the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission.
