Ahmad Dardoor is a consultant in quality, institutional excellence, and value-chain development at Kaizen Consulting (Saudi Arabia), he has supported major government transformation programs—most notably the establishment and operation of the Institutional Excellence System at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, whose initiatives secured national and international quality and excellence recognitions. He has been an active member of award-preparation teams for the King Abdulaziz Quality Award, EFQM recognitions, and Arab Government Excellence Awards across entities such as MHRSD, the Real Estate Development Fund, ZATCA, and the Human Resources Development Fund.
