Project Components

The project includes a comprehensive set of components covering current state assessment of industrial establishments, gap identification, development of action plans, and the provision of specialized consulting and training. It also involves designing training packages, delivering gap-closure programs, tracking progress through periodic reports, and preparing a final report to support promising sectors. The project focuses on applying a wide range of international standards, including: Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001), Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000), Business Continuity Management System (ISO 22301), Automotive Quality Management System (IATF 16949), Information Security Management System (ISO 27001), Facility Management System (ISO 41001), Medical Devices Quality Management System (ISO 13485), Collaborative Business Relationship Management System (ISO 44001), Risk Management (ISO 31000), and Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems (ISO 19011)

A. The Challenge

The beneficiary entities aimed to enhance the readiness of industrial establishments to adopt and implement quality management systems in line with international standards, address compliance gaps, and strengthen competitiveness in promising sectors, in alignment with the Kingdom’s Vision objectives.

B. Our Solution

We delivered a comprehensive consulting and awareness project that included assessing the current state of 150 industrial establishments, developing action plans to close gaps in accordance with ISO standards for each sector, and providing specialized consulting programs to support certification. We also designed 13 integrated training packages, delivered training programs across multiple international standards, implemented gap-closure training, provided weekly and monthly progress reports, and issued a bilingual final report.
