The project develops the 2026–2030 strategic and operational plan for Prince Mutaib bin Abdulaziz Foundation through comprehensive diagnostics, identity formulation, KPI design, initiatives, budgets, dashboards, governance models, operating model design, and knowledge transfer to ensure sustainable execution and continuous improvement.
