Mahmoud Mosaad Awad is a Senior Investment Analyst with seven years of professional experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, economic feasibility studies, financial modeling, business valuation, and strategic advisory across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and international markets. He currently serves as Senior Investment Analyst at Kaizen, supporting investment decisions, financial planning, business development, and corporate transactions.

Previously, he served as Senior Economic Feasibility Studies Specialist at JPA International in Saudi Arabia, Senior Business Consultant at Royal Sky Group, and Economic Feasibility Studies Specialist at Kreston Global and Mejwel Group Holding Investment in Egypt. His career spans consulting, investment advisory, corporate finance, and business strategy across real estate, industrial, technology, and services sectors.

Mahmoud specializes in investment appraisal, economic feasibility studies, integrated financial modeling, business valuation, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), capital budgeting, fundraising, and financial due diligence. His technical expertise includes discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, net asset valuation (NAV), financial forecasting, scenario analysis, and investment performance assessment using NPV, IRR, ROI, and payback indicators.

His achievements include supporting investment decisions exceeding SAR 4 billion, delivering more than 200 feasibility studies and 25 company valuations, preparing over 10 business plans and three strategic plans, and contributing to fundraising exceeding USD 20 million. He developed a standardized feasibility model adopted by Saudi Arabia's Real Estate General Authority for off-plan sales projects, supported more than 45 investment project launches, and helped Flowz secure USD 2 million in funding. He also secured and delivered three Saudi government contracts through the Etimad platform and contributed to corporate acquisitions, restructuring initiatives, and investment transactions across multiple markets.

His capabilities extend to government tender management, executive and investor reporting, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and project delivery. He is proficient in advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query, financial modeling tools, Odoo ERP, Microsoft Project, and AI-assisted financial analysis and reporting.

Mahmoud holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economic Studies and Political Science at Alexandria University, Egypt, graduating with Excellent with Honors.
