Saad worked with Extensya on the Saudi Airlines Project. He coordinated with multiple departments to maintain smooth workflows, prepared and analysed reports for senior management, and supported the implementation of marketing and sales strategies to advance project growth. He also provided administrative support, contributed to process improvement, and worked with internal teams to ensure customers received accurate product and service information, strengthening customer experience and organisational reputation. His practical capabilities include customer relationship management, digital marketing and campaign management, event coordination, and the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. Saad holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Marketing Communication from Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. His training includes Microsoft Office proficiency and a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certificate in Excel. He also completed courses in Public Relations Ceremonies and Protocols and Digital Media at King Abdulaziz University, and Event Coordination and Management through the Public Relations Association.
